The day to day administration, supervision and management of the Retirement Resort will be done by qualified professionals in the Utsav Management team. However, active participation of residents is also sought in the form of various advisory and supervisory committees which are responsible for different areas of work. These committees will supervise, guide and advice any changes in procedure, timings, quality of the services delivered and other related matters to suit the residents collectively without effecting costs.

To give democracy its due, a Resort Council comprising of members elected by the residents will ensure that suggestions, advices and aspirations of the residents reach the Utsav Management.
