Seeing is believing! In order to give our customers a firsthand experience of the life at Utsav we have created a novel concept of Trial Homes. Now customers can actually experience the living conditions and ambience of the resort before they deicde to join the growing community of Utsav residents. Ashiana Utsav Trial Apartments is a 2 BHK fully - furnished apartment located at the ground floor of Block no-2 at Utsav.

  Trial apartment is euipped with all the facilities for comfortable and peaceful stay of visitors.
  
  Fully furnished room with AC
  
  Television with cable connection.
  
  Kitchen with wooden cabinets, all essential kitchen utensils for cooking, gas cylinder and chulah and arrangements for tea & snacks.
  
  Intercom facility with convenience store no. ARVL no. etc.
  
  Utsav Dining Hall & Laundry Services (On Pay by use basis)
  
  Daily Cleaning of rooms

• Charges:
  
  For a single day stay Rs.700 + Service Tax @ 10.3%.
  
  For a period of 7 days at a single stretch Rs.4000 + Service Tax @ 10.3%.

  Available at Bhiwadi & Jaipur
  
  Visitors have to book Trail Apartment in advance through e-mail, telephone or any other mode. While sending an email please specifies the details for no. of days you want to stay & no. of people.
